I am a retired home inspector ( well versed in HVAC) and contacted 5 companies. I didn’t tell any of the 5 companies my knowledge. My heating and cooling units are 20 years old and didn’t want to risk them going out at peak season. The sales person was the most knowledgeable of them all, he was no pressure, and very professional. They sell quality systems American Standard is what I chose.Their price was $1400 less than a Trane dealer. American Standard and Trane are exactly the same for a 14 seer unit. It is functionally the same company. Their prices were about the same as the companies that sold equipment of lesser quality ie. Goodman, Amana and York. I am not a big fan of Rheem and would never buy Carrier. The install crew did a great job and were very knowledgeable and experienced. I would rate them A+. I highly recommend them.

I have used BR McGinty numerous time both for big equipment at my office building and smaller residential work. Good, honest prices for the best in quality, service, and engineering for the job. You can probably buy it cheaper, but for the good work from good people, these are your guys!

Great experience. McGinty repaired my home HVAC unit & I had them put in a brand new system in a rent house. They were quick to take care of my problems & I haven’t had any other issues. I shopped around for the new HVAC system in the rental house & McGinty was the cheapest I found. Professional work and good people. I highly recommend them.

From the first time I spoke to you on the phone, I felt like you were knowledgeable about water filtration installation and that I was an important potential customer. When you visited my husband and me to look at the job and to discuss the cost, we felt like you were concerned for our needs and the job we needed done. Your drawing of the tanks with the shut off switch impressed me since I am an artist and it demonstrated your understanding and knowledge about whole house water systems. We were extremely impressed that the Vice President of BR McGinty came to our house to talk to us. We truly felt important.

We received the same type of treatment during the installation by your crew and your visits throughout the installation. Any questions or concerns that we had were answered thoroughly. The installation was more difficult than it should have been due to our water line being in a different location and our price didn’t change. After the job you stopped by to check our satisfaction as well as supplied paint and painted the box outside that covers our pipes. We were pleasantly surprised at the way we were treated and we are thankful to be doing business with a company built on honesty and focused on the customer. It is truly refreshing to have a local company like this one.

We have found our go-to company for all of our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs and will not look any further in the future. We will gladly recommend anyone in need of heating, air, or plumbing to your company. Thanks again for all your help. We truly love having our new system.

Unfortunately I found myself in need of your services this past week. After $225 for septic cleaning and after calling a rooter person for $98 I found that I needed a plumbing company due to a broken pipe under my house.

Your staff quickly responded to give me an estimate and he would send a crew the following morning.

Your team arrived the next day and both men were very pleasant and professional. They took care of things that I needed done. They definitely knew what they were doing.

Then my bill was less than the estimate. A very pleasant surprise!

I feel that these men are a definite asset to your business and they reflect well on your company. One reason that chose McGinty was what I have heard from your past clients and I see your logo on the white vans.
